Xiamen — Lxpure (Xiamen Lexiang Import and Export Co., Ltd.) has completed the expansion of its daily chemical production base, investing over $2 million in advanced automated production lines. The upgrade includes 8 new intelligent filling machines, 3 automatic packaging lines, and a digital quality control system, increasing the factory’s daily output of shampoos, body washes, and household cleaners by 50% to 150,000 units.
“With the growing global demand for high-quality daily chemicals, this expansion enables us to shorten lead times and meet large-volume orders more efficiently,” said, General Manager of Lxpure. The factory now adheres to stricter GMP and ISO 22716 standards, ensuring consistent product quality while reducing labor costs by 30%.
The expanded production base also features an eco-friendly wastewater treatment system, reinforcing Lxpure’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
